Pattern Making

01 — How to Start

If you’re interested in custom clothing, begin by submitting a free inquiry through our online form.
Choose between Blank Customization or Full Custom Production. Upload your designs, reference images, or tech packs, and provide all required details to help us understand your vision clearly.

02 — Submit Inquiry

Once your inquiry is submitted, our team will review your requirements and get back to you with complete details, including pricing, timelines, and production options.
You can discuss specifications, quantities, fabrics, and customization directly with our team to finalize the best solution for your brand.

03 — Sample Development

After confirming the order details, we proceed with sample development.
You’ll receive a sample to review the fit, fabric, print, stitching, and overall quality. Any necessary adjustments are discussed and implemented before moving forward. Bulk production only begins after final approval from you.

Pattern Making

04 — Bulk Production

Once the sample is approved, bulk production starts at our manufacturing facility.
This includes:

  • Cutting & Sewing
  • Printing, Dyeing & Labeling
  • Quality Control & Finishing
Every step is carefully monitored to ensure consistent quality and precision.

05 — Logistics & Shipping

Your products are packed and prepared for shipment.
We handle logistics coordination, shipping arrangements, and required documentation to ensure smooth delivery. If needed, we also offer storage and order fulfillment support to help simplify your operations.
