Explain the garment design
Start with front and back drawings or clear garment references. Show the silhouette, panels, openings, pockets and other construction details that matter. Make it clear which details are design references and which details are required for the actual garment.
Provide measurements and fabric requirements
Include the intended size range and a measurement sheet that identifies where each measurement is taken. State fabric composition, target GSM and the feel or appearance you want. Agree any tolerances with the manufacturer; avoid assuming one tolerance applies to every material and style.
Describe artwork and components
Add your artwork files and show the intended print or embroidery placement with dimensions. Include any component, label, trim or packaging requirement you need the team to review. Ask the manufacturer to confirm availability and suitability for the chosen material before finalizing the brief.
Add the order context
Explain quantities by style and size, delivery destination and any target dates. Keep the current specification in one clearly identified version and record changes after sample review. Rastify Gears can discuss your tech pack or garment reference with its manufacturing team in Sialkot, Pakistan.
